The alarm clock starts to go off early in the morning, and although you would much rather stay in bed, you get up and get ready for another long day of work. On the way there, half asleep in the car, traffic is not helping at all! Once there, having to deal with your co-workers is really the last thing you want to do. The high pitch voices of people talking early in the morning really makes you want to leave and go home. The sole reason that keeps you there is that the lunch break is not far!
After a long day of work, and having to deal with peak hour traffic, you are finally home, where your spouse and your children are waiting for you for even more things to do!
Is this really how you want to feel EVERY SINGLE DAY?
if the answer is No, then, What options do you have?
Take a Yoga Class?
Invent a Time Machine?
Go to a Spa or Wellness Center?
When? Taking a class also means following someone else's schedule and times. Plus, the exercise will likely make you sore on top of being tiered.
Really??? That would take even more time out of your well earned free time, which is not that much anyway! Sleepless nights of studying and building the time machine will not solve the issue.
Probably the most valid option of the three, yet having to deal with traffic AGAIN does not seem all that appealing. Plus, you will be treated just like everyone else, independently of your needs and goals. It might get better, but it WILL NOT solve the issue.
