Take a Yoga Class?
When? Taking a class also means following someone else's schedule and times. Plus, the exercise will likely make you sore on top of being tired.
Invent a Time Machine?
Really??? That would take even more time out of your well earned free time, which is not that much anyway! Sleepless nights of studying and building the time machine will not solve the issue.
Go to a Spa or Wellness Center?
Probably the most valid option of the three, yet having to deal with traffic AGAIN does not seem all that appealing. Plus, you will be treated just like everyone else, independently of your needs and goals. It might get better, but it WILL NOT solve the issue.
